Root Shoot Genie Pale — 50 lb Sack

The Double Dank Default Base Grain - in a heavy sack! From a 5th generation malting family, Genie Pale is a versatile 2-row or pale base, but with subtle character unique to the TERROIR of Root Shoot. Bread-first with -very- slight honey and nut notes. Steps aside for specialty malts and hops, but provides slightly more complexity than a baseline 2-row.
