Proximity Pilsen is their lightest-kilned regenerative 2-row. Provides a clean and neutral grain frame without extra color or sweetness. Milled the day we ship it.

The only difference between Proximity’s base malts are the kilning extent:

  • Pilsen: 1.4–2.2 SRM
  • Base (2-row): 1.7–2.5 SRM
  • Pale: 2.8–4.3 SRM

  • No guessing grain terroir, unlike small maltsters
  • ...but still know exactly where it came from
  • Excellent extract efficiency (more gravity, less grain)
