Simpsons Maris Otter — 50 lb Sack

Technically, it's called Finest Pale Ale Maris Otter. Incredible/finest malt character for a base. Biscuit-forward. Finally perfected in the mid-1960s, this is the absolute peak of pale ale malt. There is no finer pale ale malt ever. If this doesn't please you, you're gonna have to go make your own because you are too picky and we cannot help you.

Simpsons is total barmy about barley! The majority of grains are sourced from Scotland and northern England. The primary malthouse in Berwick-upon-Tweed, which in old Anglo-Saxon means Barley Town, mostly supplies Scottish whiskey distilleries. Brewing malts are focused at the Tivetshall malthouse in Norfolk county, England.
