Double Dank Brewing Supply
Enter desired weight as a decimal - for example, 8.5 for 8 lb 8 oz, .75 for 12 oz, or 10 for 10 lb
A highly fermentable simple sugar commonly used in brewing as both a priming sugar and a fermentable adjunct. It ferments completely and cleanly, making it ideal for bottle conditioning or keg conditioning without adding body or flavor.
Can also be added to the boil as an adjunct to boost alcohol content and help dry out the beer (popular in many light lagers, cream ales, and high-gravity beers).
Buying for priming sugar:
Find your batch size (final volume before packaging) and desired carbonation level in the table, then enter that amount (in pounds) when adding Corn Sugar to your cart.
Example: 5 gallons at 2.5 volumes = 0.33 lb. Input .33 into the quantity.
