Startup Nutrient - 1 oz

STARTUP your beer with Startup Nutrient - a specialized nutrient blend that helps dry yeast rehydrate and activate properly. Add it to your rehydration water when using dry yeast packets. It supplies sterols and nutrients that reduce stress on the yeast and lead to healthier, more reliable fermentations — especially useful with high-gravity beers, lagers, or older dry yeast packets. Works great with both Fermentis and Lallemand dry yeasts.

How to use with dry yeast:

Sprinkle your dry yeast into warm water (95–105°F / 35–40°C) along with the recommended amount of Startup Nutrient. Let it sit for 15–30 minutes, stirring gently once or twice if desired. Once rehydrated, pitch into your wort.

Typical dosage: Follow the instructions on your specific dry yeast packet (usually 1–2 grams per 5 gallons).
