Gypsum (Calcium Sulfate)

Used to adjust brewing water chemistry by adding calcium and sulfate. Helps accentuate hop bitterness, improve clarity, and support enzyme activity during the mash. Particularly useful for pale ales, IPAs, and other hop-forward styles (think Burton-on-Trent water profile).

Dissolves easily. Add to your strike or sparge water based on your water report and recipe needs. A little goes a long way.
