Calcium Chloride

Used to adjust brewing water chemistry by adding calcium and lowering mash pH. Helps improve enzyme activity, yeast health, and overall beer clarity and flavor stability. Especially useful for soft or low-mineral water profiles.

Dissolves easily. Add to your strike or sparge water according to your water report and recipe needs (a little goes a long way).
